Position for a cleaner in The Hague

We are living in the Hague, close to the center and we are looking for cleaning service + cooking if possible on a weekly basis (One day per week).

Our flat is around 100 square meter and generally clean. We don't have pets or kids so it's already - tidy but it would be great to get some help with cleaning and cooking.

I noted as 3 hours but feel free to comment as you have experience about how long this will take.
