With over four years of experience working as an activity coordinator and caregiver at a residential care facility in Reus, Spain, I am confident that my background and passion for elderly care make me a strong candidate for this role. Throughout my time at the care home, I developed and led engaging activities aimed at maintaining and stimulating both the mental and physical well-being of the residents. I believe that entertainment and meaningful interaction are essential for enhancing the quality of life for older adults, and I take great pride in creating joyful and purposeful daily routines. I hold a university degree in Social Education as well as a postgraduate degree in Management of Elderly Care Facilities and Services.
