    I’m disappointed with the service provided. The cleaner came once, he was late, for the second agreement he cancel me one hour before the time agreed , then for the next week he confirm day before and the day, Luis did not respond to my messages. I understand things can happen, but reliable communication and punctuality are important to me, and this service did not meet those expectations.
